"Hers" — A Dialogue on Humanity at Art House
From March 8 to April 8, 2026, the art group exhibition titled "They"
("她们"), curated by Zhang Qiwei , held at the historic Art House
(Bixun Garden) 。
This exhibition brings together six distinctive female artists —
Huang Yiqin, Xu Jie, Zane Mellupe, Yasmin Li Horton, Li Hui, and Ying
Jingjing — each offering a unique voice within the broader conversation
of contemporary artistic expression.
The title "Hers" suggests not only ownership but also perspective —
an invitation to see the world through the lens of individual
creators.
Across painting, mixed media, and conceptual practice, the works on
view explore themes of identity, memory, body, and space, often weaving
together the personal and the universal.
Set within the graceful surroundings of Bixun Garden, the exhibition
creates a quiet yet powerful dialogue between art and atmosphere — where
each artist claims her space, and together, they speak in harmony.
